Selland's Market Cafe, one of East Sacramento's favorite fast casual restaurants, will open its second location today in El Dorado Hills at 10:30 a.m.
The location will be 1,000 square feet larger than the East Sacramento venue, and those who have been to the Sacramento location will feel right at home.
There's also speculation about where the third Selland's Market Cafe will be. The Sac Bee's Bob Shallit has speculated that they'll take over the former David Berkeley spot at the Pavillion's shopping center in Fair Oaks this year.
Moving into the spot formerly occupied by Good Eats at Alhambra and Folsom is another possibility floated by Randal Selland in November. (Whether this is just to get leverage on their current lease negotations for the current East Sac spot is unknown.)
The El Dorado Hills Selland's Market Cafe can be found at the El Dorado Hills Town Center (4364 Town Center Blvd).

The Porch - From beginning to end, our food was to die for.
