Daily Dining News: Paesano's Mangia! to Replace Java City in August

Paesanos will replace Java City, which closed in June, with a casual dining restaurant called Mangia! (Click here for info on Paesanos's happy hour.)

The restaurant, named after the Italian word for eat, will focus on salads, sandwiches, craft beer and coffee, said Paesano's Koren Beard. The restaurant will share the same owners and executive chef, but will be run a separate management team.

The restaurant is expected to open in August.

Manga! is also hiring. Check out its craigslist post for details.

"Will you take a look at it?" He was referring to Erawan Thai Restaurant, which does indeed have good food at very good prices. Blair Anthony Robertson in the Sac Bee.
