On the heels of the midtown shooting over the weekend, crime has struck the area again, reports KCRA.
Break-in alarms started sounding just before 2 a.m., according to Sacramento police officers.
At a shop called The Catholic Store on Broadway and 19th streets, owner Richard Perez found a large rock in the center of his store.
The glass door was shattered.
Perez said he only left some change in the cash register's open drawer and it was taken.
A Starbucks and Jamba Juice both had their glass doors shattered at the corner of 15th and Broadway.
