Centro is offering to roll the dice to decide who picks up your food tab. Odds, Centro pays. Even, you pay. Seems like a good way to let fate decide who should pay your food bill.
Now the restrictions. Food only, limit of $20 per person, valid for parties of six or less after 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and one roll per table. Drinks not included.
So here's how you can make the most of your money. Head there after work, take advantage of their happy hour for drinks (3 to 6 p.m.), couple this with Paragary restaurant group's gift cards ($80 for $100 worth of gift cards at Costco), and you'll be paying either 80 percent of your food tab or zero.
Sounds like a good deal to me.
