Ikea is celebrating its West Sacramento location's fourth birthday this weekend by giving away free cupcakes.
On Saturday and Sunday, the Sweedish furniture giant,will serving free anniversary cupcakes from 12 noon to 6 p.m.
They'll also have other activities this weekend such as a free small breakfast (retail value $1) from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and free face painting for kids from 12 noon to 4 p.m.
