Cowtown Eats set out to interview every candidate for Sacramento city council, District 4. This district encompasses the Downtown, Midtown and Land Park region.

Neil Davidson, Steve Hansen, Terry Schanz and Phyllis Newton all graciously agreed to be interviewed to discuss their favorite happy hours, food trucks and restaurants in Sacramento.
