The Rind, the highly-anticipated cheese, wine and beer bar at 19th & L, will soft-open on Thursday, May 23.
Initially, they'll be have extended hours on Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 midnight and will also be open on Sunday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. For the first month they'll, they'll be closed Mondays and Tuesdays as they get their bearings as a restaurant, and thereafter, they expect to also be open on Tuesdays.
