I normally don't post about restaurants that aren't closing, but I've had multiple people in the Capitol community ask me about this.

The rumor is false. Ambrosia, the cute cafe at the corner of K and 11th streets, is not closing. I verified this at the restaurant this morning and in a separate call to their corporate office too.

There are restaurants closing due to rising rents on K Street. Ambrosia is not one of them.
