If you weren't one of the lucky few who were able to make it to the Sac Bacon Fest's chef's competition on Sunday, you can still try the winning dish for yourself at Revolution Wines.

Located at 2831 S Street, the local winery isn't a place that I've considered eating at recently. But given the good buzz I've heard about their wine recently and their chef's victory at Sac Bacon Fest, maybe it's time to give them a try.
