Starbucks acquired specialty tea retailer Teavana back 2012, and now they're trying to encourage more people to give the teas a try.

Go to Starbucks today between 2 and 5 p.m. to get their Teavana Shaken Iced Teas half off at participating Starbucks. Generally, standalone stores will have the offer, while those inside the convention center, Hyatt and airport generally don't take part in these promos.

There are three different Teavana Shaken Iced Tea flavors - Passion Tango Tea, Green Tea and Black Tea.
