14. Fat's Asia Bistro (Roseville & Folsom)

Last year, the Fat Family's Frank Fats restaurant was named an America's Classic by the James Beard Foundation for its timeless appeal. Now, the family's Fat's Asia Bistr has won an award that's likely a close second to winning a James Beard Award - 14th most popular happy hour on Cowtown Eats in 2014. 2585 Iron Point Rd in Folsom and 1500 Eureka Road in Roseville.

13. Blackbird Kitchen + Beer Gallery

Like a phoenix, Blackbird rose from its ashes and reopened with a tweaked concept in February 2014.
