To replace Lawson, Enotria has hired Jenny Yun, the veteran of another Michelin-starred restaurant, reports Sac Bee restaurant critic Blair Anthony Robertson.
Yun is the former assistant restaurant director at the Restaurant at Meadowood, where executive chef Christopher Kostow continues to wow guests. Meadowood is one of two current restaurants in California to earn three Michelin stars.

Speaking of Enotria (who recently added a Happy Hour), I ate there last month. Look for my thoughts in an upcoming post very soon.
Turkish Delight, or Trio: Third Time’s the Harm - The night was a trainwreck. So bad that I’m not willing to give the place another shot. I’d rather spend my rubles at any of the nearby standouts like Blackbird, Estelle’s, or Grange. Hell, I’d rather spend my money at the Baja Fresh. Had it not been for the Crushers and Garrett, the evening would have been a complete waste. Instead, it was an absurd traipse through restaurant land. Not all meals are memorable for the right reasons. On The Sac Rag.
Staff Picks: Grange Restaurant - The Grange Restaurant, a part of the Citizen Hotel, is just as enticing and charming as the marble architecture of the building that houses it. The seductive atmosphere of the dimly lit restaurant is enhanced by beautifully placed table settings and a nature feel that is as decorative as it is comfortable.
