Dining News: Enotria Hires Restaurant at Meadowood Vet as GM
May 12, 2013
Enotria, which is trying to become Sacramento's first Michelin-starred restaurant, lost General Manager Anai Lawson (who had worked at the French Laundry and Per Se) at the end of March.
To replace Lawson, Enotria has hired Jenny Yun, the veteran of another Michelin-starred restaurant, reports Sac Bee restaurant critic Blair Anthony Robertson.
Yun is the former assistant restaurant director at the Restaurant at Meadowood, where executive chef Christopher Kostow continues to wow guests. Meadowood is one of two current restaurants in California to earn three Michelin stars.
If you'd like to learn more about the new GM, you can check out her LinkedIn profile.
