Monday Night Football at Iron Steaks

Iron Steaks has a great happy hour and two huge TVs in its bar area.

On Monday nights, they extend their happy hour thru the end of the game.

Combine their $2 happy hour Pabst Blue Ribbons and their tasty food, and you have a perfect place to watch the Baltimore Ravens vs. the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday Night Football. (Here's a recommendation: If you like donuts at all, you HAVE to try their beignets.)

Monday Night Football at JB's Lounge

Jbs
I'll be the first to admit that going to a hotel bar isn't the first place I'd consider going for Monday night football. But when I looked at the drink specials for JB's Lounge at the Red Lion in Arden, I quickly reconsidered.

  • $6 Pitchers of Bud Light
  • $15 Buckets of Beer (6 Bud Lights or 5 Coronas)

And if that's not enought to convince you, take a gander at their Yelp reviews for the newly-remodeled space.

Another Monday means another Monday Night Football game. If you're looking for a place with a huge TV, good bar area and all night happy hour, look no further than Sweetwater Restaurant & Bar at 19th & S.

My favorite appertizer there is the Big Easy shrimp. Well worth the $5. I also like their beer selection that extends beyond PBR and Bud Light.
